This past Friday ran out of oil from what it looked like which we should not have but that was what the gauge said. Called them up which I have used over the past 3 years as the sole provider of oil. It was after hours 10 pm on Friday and all the answering service said was since you are not on automatic delivery there is nothing they would do. Tried them a few other times and on Saturday morning with the same results. We were finally able to get Tolinos oil to come out and restart the furnace. There was actually a problem with the second tank not transferring over. Spoke to the owner of Santarelli Oil on Monday and he basically said the same thing, no one would come out unless we were on automatic delivery. So a customer who pays with the delivery means nothing to them. He actually hung up on me after I told him I would leave reviews and he lost a customer. GREAT WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS....
