Absolutely terrible. Hired these guys to re-point a chimney (when they would actually show up). They didn't even remove the bad mortar and just put new stuff over the old. Had to get someone else that knew what they were doing to do the job right. If you need mortar or brickwork done, look somewhere else.

I would give zero stars if I could. Norbert Bauer Masonry is absolutely terrible. They would only show up for an hour a day and they never finished the job. Their workmanship was terrible to the point that I had to fire them and find someone else. The mason I hired has to re-do everything they did and fix the mess they made. Please, for your own sanity, do not hire these people. Hire these guys you will regret it.
