Luke Pierson built our home in 2016. We noticed our back door leaking when it rained about a year ago he called him because the house was so new. He helped us find the company that installed the door they came out and tried to fix the door it didn’t work. We are no longer under warranty even thou this issue as clearly been going on for awhile because there is mold under our carpet. Luke will not return my calls and to be frank was rude and unhelpful I get he didn’t install the door but he built the home and is a general contractor you would think he would want to make this right but hasn’t and doesn’t seem to care. I have 3 young kids and have had to completely tear up my carpet and replace a door on my own that’s only 3 years old ... DO NOT USE LUKE or get a door at GILMAN HOME CENTER !!
