The Mission of the Hanover Council on Aging serves as the primary advocate of support services to seniors and disabled members of the community, their care givers and their families. The goal is to help them live independent lives. The center provides access to some of the essentials of life including but not limited to support, advocacy, meals, outreach, activities, education, recreation and transportation. The center also provides provide services, programs and activities that strive to help maintain elders’ independence and enhance the quality of life for seniors. There are approximately 3500 Seniors who are 60 years of age or older.
