Called Dean's to fix a leak in the sink in our basement bathroom. A very pleasant technician said he identified the leak as coming from the drain assembly, which we paid $387 to replace. The next time we used the sink, it was still leaking. The same pleasant technician came back and said we now had a second leak coming from the faucet. The price he quoted to replace it with a faucet off the truck was over $700. Finding that ridiculous, I declined. He then had to go call his boss because he didn't sell me the service he quoted. We didn't believe it was a second leak but rather the first leak hadn't been fixed so we called customer service. They had somebody call me back the next day. He was so rude and condescending that I ended up getting angry and hanging up on him. Never again.
