Great food and great atmosphere. The new decor fits right in with the northwoods. Service has been a little slow at times but that may just be the growing pains a relatively new business goes through. Appetizers are plentiful and creative and some quite unique. Baked french onion soup (available every day the place is open) is always a winner. Friday night fish fry is a northwoods staple and done well here - expect the place to be busy! The steaks are top notch and a number of other dishes on the menu are not what you'd typically find in your average supper club - however they are all worth trying (and I've tried many)! My family definitely makes sure to dine at the Cranberry Inn at least one evening while we are in the area.

We visited the Cranberry Inn twice during our one week stay and both times the food was wonderful. Our service the first time was what we expected, however the second visit the server must not have had much experience. We literally waited almost 10 minutes to be approached by a waitress and then an additional 10 minutes to get the drinks. We're hoping this this was a one time deal because overall this is a very good restaurant. We definitely will return.

My family and I visted the Cranberry Inn over the holidays. With the ups and down of a new business we had only a few complaints regarding food and service. Having 2 small children in tow there needs were met (plastic cup,lid ,straw ,crayons, paper )and a kids menue. The food was so inviting that we returned for a second time. The kitchen once again delivered a great meal and the service impoved also.

The food was delicious but the service was
TERRIBLE! We waited forever for our drinks and our food. Our server didn't clear the table after our first course before bringing out our entee. It was a mess. However, we will go back for the good food. There was only one other couple in the restaurant. so there is no exuse for that kind of service.

This is soon to be one of the North's finest restaurants. Everything our party ordered was wonderful! The steak was great and the side dishes were very tasty and fresh. We also enjoyed the appetizers were good, especially the stuffed mushrooms! Best duck I ever ate!
