BAPTISM
Parents are required to attend a 1 hour Baptism Seminar prior to scheduling a Baptism.
Baptisms are celebrated every Sunday after the 10:00 a.m. Mass and must be scheduled.

PROFESSION OF FAITH
I have received the Sacraments: Baptism, Eucharist, Confirmation.
I attend Mass regularly on Sundays and Holy Days of Obligation.
If married, I was married in the Catholic Church.
I am a registered member of the Parish.
I contribute to the ongoing support of the Parish.
I receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation and Eucharist regularly.
I am at least 16 years of age.
