February 7,9 21, 28  Sacramental Testing  -  For all students, who are in their second year preparing to receive their sacraments in May 2015. Prayers, Class and Mass Attendance will be reviewed. Next 12 weeks are very crucial for attendance in class. Only a written note from the Doctor’s office or on school letterhead will be considered.

First or second year, if we have no records showing that your child is attending Mass on Sunday, has missed more than the required amount of classes and do not know there prayers, maybe they are not ready to move on and needs another year of preparation.

February 18             Ash Wednesday   -   Please read your Sunday Bulletin for the times and

                                    Distribution of ashes.

Ash Wednesday is the beginning of Lent.  Lent is the Church’s springtime.  It is the time of the Church’s year that we spend preparing for our Easter celebration  of Jesus’ Resurrection to a new life.  On Ash Wednesday a cross is traced on our forehead with ashes, we hear the words, “Turn away from sin and be faithful to the Gospel.”
