If you are not on the list, please fill out this Birthday Coupon Form and return it to Bingo.
Please keep your address current.
If the Birthday Coupon is returned to us, your name will be removed from the list.

All Players must purchase a package. No one under the age of 18 may play unless in the company of an adult. No splitting packages.

59 People and Under: $30.00 on Regular Games
60 to 69 People: $40.00 on Regular Games
70 and Over: $50.00 on Regular Games

Birthday Coupons -- Sign up for Birthday Coupons. Birthday Coupons will be sent out for the month of your Birthday. See the Door Attendants for Forms... Please note: List must be kept upto date. If they come back, your name will be removed from the list.
In case of bad weather, please listen to WMGH -- Magic 105.5 FM. If the Tamaqua Area Schools are closed, Bingo will be cancelled. If there is a chance for bad weather, Bingo may close.
