Adult Choir

Our choir consists of parishioners who volunteer their time, talent, and service to our parish community.  Choir members sing together to enhance the Christmas Midnight Mass, Holy Week Liturgies, Holy Days of Obligation, and other sacred events, such as the celebration of the sacrament of Confirmation.  Our choir is always looking for additional members; we welcome new singers.  Music reading skills are helpful, but not necessary.  If you love to sing, and would be interested in joining the adult choir, please be on the lookout in the future for the schedule of rehearsals which are always posted in the bulletin.  You do not need to have the most gifted voice to help improve our choir; a choir is always greater than the sum of its parts.  

The music sung by our choir at all times is prayer, not a mere performance.  Musical expertise and performance experience therefore are not requirements, just a willingness to learn and attend rehearsals.  Choir members always have a great, reserved seat for Christmas and Easter.
