Parish Mission Statement

We, the parish of Saint Therese de Lisieux,
of the Church of Greensburg are a Catholic community
founded in 1927 by Italian immigrants in Uniontown, Pennsylvania.
Rooted in a tradition of faith and family,
we gather to celebrate the presence of Christ in the Word,
the Eucharist and each other.
Through Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist
we, the body of Christ, are called to nurture
the gifts and talents of each person.
Our mission is to be living witnesses to the Gospel.
Our challenge is to live Christ`s commandment
to love, to share the Good News
and to work for justice and peace.
