Located at the base of Boston`s Prudential Tower, the St. Francis Chapel is a spiritual oasis for many Boston residents, workers and visitors. St. Francis Chapel has been part of the Prudential Center Complex since it was built in 1969. Sponsored by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston, St. Francis Chapel has been staffed by the Oblates of the Virgin Mary since 1983. Conveniently located near the Hynes Convention Center, the St. Francis Chapel provides a full schedule of Masses and Confessions throughout the week and a place for quiet prayer before the Blessed Sacrament. St. Francis Chapel Bookstore offers a fine selection of religious books and articles, as well as enrollment cards for the Oblates of the Virgin Mary Mass League.
