           From the Pastor

I am honored to welcome you and extend a warm welcome to Our Lady of Peace Parish. As you explore this web site. I hope you find it to be both informative and educational.
Our Lady of Peace is a church that reaches out in every way  we can to touch lives with the love of Christ. As you browse through our various web pages, I hope you encounter, in some way, Christ who is present and around whom we structure our ministries. We hope that you will be caught up in our concerted effort to be good stewards of what God has blessed us with. Stewardship is a way of responding to God`s call in every aspect of our lives. It is sacrificial giving in the form of time, talent and treasure. I hope this web site will provide you with a better understanding of our parish ministries and inspire you to share your God-given talents to fulfill the mission of Christ in our parish, community and world. As you pastor, I want to thank each of you for your personal response to God`s call here at Our Lady of Peace.

A member who actively participates will always be a happy parishioner. The reason we form relationships is because of our participation in ministry and church life, which in turn becomes the catalyst for us to grow in our faith. Our web site includes the many ministries, organizations and services that make up our parish. As you surf through the site, keep in mind that this parish is animated by the Holy Spirit and all are encouraged to be caught up in the Spirit and to participate in the many devotions, activities and projects. I see the role of our parish as that of providing an opportunity for everyone who joins us to live out and share their gifts of time, talent and treasure. We want to help everyone to move from membership to active discipleship.

If you are new to the Parish, please stop and introduce yourself. If you have been a member of Our Lady of Peace Parish for some time now, take a moment after Mass to reach out to someone you don`t know and help to build the bonds that make this Parish a wonderful place to worship.
