About St. Stanislaus Church

St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, was founded in 1919 as a Polish Parish in South Omaha, NE.

Our School has been a part of the cornerstone of South Omaha for 93 years through it closing in May of 2013.

God bless our students, parents, teachers and staff as they go on to new Consortium Schools, and other places bringing Christ to all they meet.

Thanks be to God for the many priests, sisters, lay teachers, parents and students who were part of our St. Stanislaus Community.

St. Stanislaus Church will continue to serve the South Omaha Community at 4002 "J" Street.

Join us in Worshiping our Lord and Savior Jesus at Holy Mass!

You Did It for Me

A single mother of six moved to San Marcos, Texas, for a better life. She was five days in her new home when the floods came. She lost all her possessions, including the house. She went to Catholic Charities for help and received shelter, clothing, and food. She kept crying and repeating aloud, “I have no family here. I have no one to lean on.” One of the staff of Catholic Charities put an arm around the woman and said, “We will be your family.”
