I attended St. Bonaventure, all of my Elementary school. It was a time in my life I will never forget. One of my fondest memories, were of the Nuns who taught us. I especially, remember Sister Thomas Agnes who was the Principle at time. I really remember well her 12 inch ruler she kept in the top draw of her desk. And there was Sister Mary Ambrose, she used a cane to get around and if you happen to have your leg in the isle, as she passed by you never had there the second time she passed by. Oh, I remember so much, it give me a warm feeling to know St. Bonaventure is still active in peoples lives.

Sincerely,

Bernard W. Kelly

I grew up in St. Bonaventure Parish.  Went to school there too.  I miss those wonderful good old days of families and friends, picnics and May crownings.  And the nuns and priests who were part of our everyday lives.  I printed out a picture of our beloved St. Bonnie`s and have it on my desk.

My family grew up at St. Bonaventure Parish and School. I recently came across someone who attended there after I did. It is good to see the Parish picture on the website. It brings back many memories not only for myself but the Whole Wehrheim Family. Don and Kathy (parents); Siblings: Donald, Dennis, Debbie, David and Donna.
