Work of Our Hands Ministry

We gather together on the
3rd Saturday of the month
at 9:30 am at Judy`s Cafe
from September through May.
We invite you to stop in and join our group at any time.  We knit and crochet prayer shawls, baby items, hats, scarves and mittens and other items that are distributed as needed throughout the area and wherever needed.  We will help you learn the basics and get you started on a project.

Prayer Shawl Requests
If you know someone undergoing serious medical procedures, recovering from an illness, suffering the loss of a loved one or just in need of the reminder that "you are in my prayers", please contact Carol Ann at 748-8925, Debra 786-6007 or the Parish office at 754-4333 to request a prayer shawl.

MISSION STATEMENT

St. Anthony of Padua began in 1917 as a parish of Italian immigrants.  While we maintain many of our Italian traditions, we are now an ethnically diverse family, striving to best use the vitality of our youth, the talents of our adults, and the wisdon of our senior members.  We are joined together by the Holy Spirit to praise God, to hear and interpret God`s teachings, and to apply them to our everyday lives.
